Terms and conditions

  • 1. Equipment lease
    • 1.1. The Company agrees to lease to the Client the photo booth equipment described in Attachment A, for the duration specified in Section 2 of this Agreement.
    • 1.2. The Client acknowledges that they have inspected the equipment and found it to be in good and proper working condition at the time of the lease commencement.
  • 2. Duration of lease
    • 2.1. The lease period shall be determined based on the duration of the event as follows:
      • For events lasting up to 6 hours, the standard fee applies.
      • For events lasting between 6 and 8 hours, an additional fee will be charged.
      • For events exceeding 8 hours, a further additional fee will apply.
    • 2.2. The lease period for each event shall begin at the beginning of the event and conclude no later than 11:00 PM on the event date specified in the Invoice.
    • 2.3. The Client is responsible for communicating the expected event duration during the booking process, and the applicable fee will be determined accordingly.
  • 3. Fee for Hire and Deposit
    • 3.1. The Company requires a deposit to secure the equipment reservation. This deposit is mandatory upon booking and guarantees the reservation.
    • 3.2. The deposit is entirely non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • 4. Liability Exclusion and Equipment Damages
    • 4.1. The Company shall not be liable for injury or damage sustained by the Client, their guests, or third parties due to negligence, misuse, or reckless actions during the event.
    • 4.2. The Client shall be liable for any damage to the leased equipment. In the event of damage to a booth, the Client will be responsible for repair or replacement costs up to a maximum amount of $2,500 per booth.
  • 5. Expectations for Safe Usage and Compliance
    • 5.1. To ensure a secure event environment, the Company mandates the Client to adhere to the following expectations:
      • a. Maintain a secure distance from the equipment, respecting the specified safety distance as delineated in the booking agreement.
      • b. Facilitate a power source within a 6-foot straight line of the equipment, as indicated within the booking agreement.
      • c. Ensure a stable internet connection for the equipment to operate seamlessly. In the absence of a provided internet connection, a fee of $20 will be applied to cover the cost of temporary internet access. (Not applicable to all packages)
  • 6. Termination Authority
    • 6.1. The Company retains the prerogative to terminate the equipment lease under specific circumstances, including evident equipment misuse, harassment, mistreatment, or abuse directed toward Company staff, and perceived or actual risks of injury, damage, or potential harm.
    • 6.2. In the event of lease termination, the Client shall be held financially accountable for any related costs, fees, or penalties as explicitly detailed within the booking agreement.
  • 7. Staff Presence (For Attended Events)
    • 7.1. For events where attendance by Company staff is stipulated, the Company will assign experienced and professional personnel to oversee the operation of the equipment, ensuring its secure and proper use.
    • 7.2. The duties of Company staff may include, but are not limited to:
      • a. Setting up the equipment before the event starts, ensuring it is in optimal working condition.
      • b. Providing technical support and guidance to event attendees, explaining how to use the equipment effectively.
      • c. Monitoring the equipment throughout the event to ensure it remains in proper working order.
      • d. Assisting with any technical issues or troubleshooting, if necessary.
    • 7.3. The Client acknowledges and agrees to cooperate fully with Company staff during the event.
    • 7.4. In the event of any concerns or issues arising during the event, the Client should communicate with Company staff promptly to facilitate a timely resolution.
    • 7.5. Company staff members are not responsible for any event planning, coordination, or activities beyond the technical operation and support of the equipment. It is the Client’s responsibility to manage all other aspects of the event, including guest coordination and event logistics.
    • 7.6. The Client shall treat Company staff with respect and courtesy throughout the event. Any mistreatment or abuse of Company staff is considered a violation of this agreement and may lead to termination, subject to the terms outlined in Section 6.
  • 8. Additional Provisions
    • 8.1. The Client acknowledges that this Agreement may include specific terms and pricing for the event, as detailed in the Invoice.
    • 8.2. The Company may provide “upsell” services as agreed upon in writing between both parties.
    • 8.3. If early access to the event venue is required for setup, the Client shall ensure that such access is granted at least one hour before the event’s official start time to facilitate equipment setup and preparation.
  • 9. Sharing of media
    • Media captured at the event, including photographs and videos, may be used by the business for promotional purposes on our social media platforms. By booking our services, you agree to grant the business permission to use any media captured that may include your likeness or participation. If you have any concerns about the use of specific media, please notify us in writing prior to the event.
